> Recommendations for a healthy diet

To prepare food in a way that saves nutrients you need to buy very fresh food. Only fresh vegetables contain enough vitamins:
bullet For breakfast, try muesli, cornflakes, or wholemeal bread. Enjoy and chew thoroughly.
bulletIn addition to healthy foods do not forget your fluid intake (about 2.5 litres/day)., preferably water, herbal infusions, and diluted fruit juices (sugar-free), little coffee (1 cup per day) and alcohol in moderation.
bulletAvoid pre-prepared meals - buy your food fresh (preferably organic).
bulletAvoid tobacco.
bulletChoose food that is easily digested. Eat small portions, and eat often.
bullet Use sugar sparingly and reduce your consumption of flummeries, sweets, and pastry, smoked or salt-cured meats, and pickled vegetables.
