> Recommendations for a healthy diet

To prepare food in a way that saves nutrients you need to buy very fresh food. Only fresh vegetables contain enough
vitamins:
 | For breakfast, try muesli, cornflakes, or wholemeal bread. Enjoy and chew
thoroughly. |
 | In addition to healthy foods do not forget your fluid intake (about 2.5
litres/day)., preferably water, herbal infusions, and diluted fruit juices
(sugar-free), little coffee (1 cup per day) and alcohol in moderation. |
 | Avoid pre-prepared meals - buy your food fresh (preferably organic). |
 | Avoid tobacco. |
 | Choose food that is easily digested. Eat small portions, and eat
often. |
 | Use sugar sparingly and reduce your consumption of flummeries,
sweets, and pastry, smoked or salt-cured meats, and pickled
vegetables. |
