 | Full-fat or skimmed milk, cottage cheese, sliced cheese, hard cheese, yoghurt, curd
cheese; |
 | Fish, lean veal, chicken, beef (cooked), soft-boiled
eggs; |
 | Grain and porridge-type dishes (made with rice, millet, oats, barley, semolina), pasta, potatoes, crisp bread, French toast; |
 | Steamed vegetables: carrots, celeriac, asparagus, pumpkin, courgettes, aubergines, fennel, spinach, mangel, tomatoes, peas, leaf
salads, leeks, beetroot; |
 | Ripe fruit: raw or cooked, apples, pears, peaches, bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, grapes, apricots, melon, strawberries, fruit
juices; |
 | Butter, margarine, oil in small quantities; |
 | Jam, honey, dry biscuits, instant whips and blancmanges |

 | Fermented cheese; high-fat cheese; |
 | Fat meat or sausage products, salted and smoked meat or fish, hard-boiled

 | Chips, very fresh bread, pastries made with yeast, toast, legumes (lentils, beans), pre-prepared meals, cabbage, sauerkraut,
onions; |
 | Unripe fruit, dried fruit, nuts, lard; |
 | Pastries rich in fat, containing cream of butter cream, puff pastry, etc. |

> Cancer patients in all experience do not tolerate the following
foods:

 | Deep-fried foods, fatty foods, spicy foods; |
 | Carbonated drinks; |
 | Peppers, beans, kohlrabi, onions; |
 | Ground coffee, mayonnaise |
