Correct diet Exercise Inner balance

In case you have not been physically active for a long time please discuss your exercise programme with your family doctor or a specialist in sports medicine. It is never too late to start exercising. Start with regular, gentle stamina training. Don’t overdo it, you’re not out to set new records. You are aiming to improve your general wellbeing.

Some examples:

Go walking or rambling for 1-2 hours every day.

bullet

Go swimming 1-2 per week.

bullet

Start using your bicycle again.

Attend keep-fit, yoga, tai-chi classes or some such.

A multitude of classes are on offer, even “tailor-made” ones, at institutes for higher adult education, sports clubs, or wellness centres (fitness studios).
